First reset your Action Replay by Holding the A+B+SELECT+START buttons when you start up the Action Replay (and pass the Warning Screen for the DS), the white screen will remain there for a while longer than normal

When the menu screen shows up, let go of the buttons

Now connect your DS to your computer, you should now be able to add codes to your DS

The action replay will not connect with the ds i may have deleted my settings on the replay how do i sort it

Re-download the action replay disk to your computer then re-add the cheats to the memory card. But in my opinion I would delete all the excess game cheats then add the ones you want then after doing so submit changes and test it out. Must have it connected after re-download though.

There are no games on this action replay but then when i try to download cheats it says failed to write file to action replay (not enought free space) what shout i do

I can help!~ Your problem, probably, is that you were doing something with your Action Replay and then your DS turned off or died. Here is what you do:

(P.S. Your Action Replay and DS CANNOT be plugged into your computer when you do this.)

1) Make sure you DS is off then press and hold A and B.

2) Turn on you DS while still holding A and B.

3) As soon as the Nintendo screen is displayed, but before "This product is not endorsed by Nintendo" message is displayed, press and hold Start and Select while keeping hold of A and B.

4) Continue to hold these buttons until the Main Action Replay screen is displayed, then release. You have reset your Action Replay and will, once again, be able to put cheats on your Action Replay.

I had the same problem and it worked for my DS.

Happy Cheating!~

Your Action Replay DS hardware may require resetting if you are experiencing any of the following problems:
* Code Manager PC software is reporting that Action Replay DS does not contain enough free space when it actually contains no codes.
* Code Manager PC software is reporting the console`s battery is low when it’s actually fully charged.
* Multicoloured bars are shown on the screen after you confirm the entry of a game ID when trying to manually enter codes. * You can use the Code Manager PC software without any problems until the Action Replay DS is connected via USB set to the update mode on the console, at which point Windows shows a run time error.
If you are experiencing any of these problems, please follow the steps below to reset the Action Replay DS hardware. Please beware that resetting the Action Replay DS hardware will not restore a default codelist, and any codes which are stored on the Action Replay DS will be erased.
  1. With your console powered off insert the Action Replay DS
  2. Hold down buttons A+B
  3. Turn your console on
  4. With A+B still held down, as soon as you see the Action Replay DS license screen press and hold down buttons START+SELECT so that you now have 4 buttons held down
  5. Hold all 4 buttons down for around 10 seconds until the Action Replay DS loads to it`s home screen
  6. If Action Replay DS doesn’t hold on the license screen for around 10 seconds when you do this, you may need to turn off and try again

Action Replay deleted all of the cheats for Nintendo DS

you can reconnect your ds+AR and you can put the codes back on there by clicking and draging one of codes list from codejunkies.com if you have your Action Replay Code Manager installed, which should come on a disc you bought with your AR

I want cheats for Ridge racers5

I'm not sure if you're asking for cheat codes for use with Ridge Racer DS for the Nintendo DS, or Ridge Racer V for the Playstation 2 - Unfortunately, neither game has actual cheats built into them. You can, however, use a hex editor tool (also referred to as a Trainer, Gameshark, or Action Replay), which would allow you to cheat.
