My Message light flashes, the display reads there is 1 message..... but there are NO messages on my voicemail. How do I reset the phone?
I had this problem and finally found a number for Eschelon telecom (763 745 8000). This is what they had me do. Press the Speaker button and then enter 7732. This cleared the blinking light and inmail message. This happens when you receive an internal call and someone leaves you a message to call them back. Still can't figure out how to listen to the message. But this cleared the blinking light.

Pick up the handset dial #66 and on the screen it should read CB erase search, press the button under the erase.
If the bottom line reads S&R PICK just press 3 and this should cancel it.

For me it worked by pressing speaker (or pick up hand set); dial 6,3; display will say "SEARCH CB ERASE"; select ERASE.

I have the same problem the message light blikns and I have "mesage 1" on the display but when I check my message bank there arev no new messages and no old message. How do I stop the light from flashing
