After listening to your voicemail or any time while listening to them. Just hit the dial option and your keypad will come up. Then hit 7 and your voicemail will comfirm that the voicemail was deleted.

This isn't in the phone. It's in your voicemail preferences. Listen to all options in your voicemail settings. Just keep listening for an option number for settings after it tells you that you do or dont have messages. If you dont find something fairly obvious call *611 and tech support should be able to talk you through it. Call from a phone other than the razr.
Go to Main menu, then "Messaging". Within Messaging go down to "Message Settings". #3 is voicemail. click voicemail and you will be able to edit the number.
