Replace the pressure switch with generic switch available on ebay. You only need the port sizes and pressure cut in/out. If your switch cut out at 150psi or higher, you might consider replacing it with one that cuts out at 125psi to increase the life of the compressor (assuming that you can get by with pressure range of 90 - 125). You don't repair a pressure switch, you replace it.

Any name brand compressor oil will be fine, just make sure to drain the old first, and then refill

You contactor /motor starter has connection for up to three phase /L1 thru L3. You will be only using L1 and L2 connectors for power-in/ line and using meter find cross connector for connecting load / motor (usually white and black or red from the motor). The contactor has a push button to test your work (use meter to test before actually wiring up motor and line). The contactor is controlled by separate switch (usually pressure switch on the compressor) using proper voltage as required by magnetic switch of s-p40t. Good luck

If this is a 3HP I don't think you can switch it. However there is usually a wiring diagram under the square box on the side of the motor.
