This an easy fix. What you must do is remove the dust from the pilot safety. I use rust buster from ace hardware to gently flush the hole. If ther is no hole just shoot a tiny drop or 2 into the pilot burner where the flame comes out. Blow it out (I use a piece of tubing). The problem is the dust drops the pilot flame to a point where it won't heat the thermocouple hot enough to jold the magnet and after 30 minutes she quits. there is a probe that is in the one of the flame... This once heated builds up enough pressure do to the heat to keep the shut/off valve open... (reason, if the flame went out the gas would continue to flow) this "thermocouple is replaceable !! contact me at [email protected]

Hi check pilot is clean , check the volts from the powerphile should be 300 to 500 mille volts ,seeif pilot flame is playing on powerphile
