Hi,
Looks like a board circuit problem.
If its new, you have to return it and replace it with another one, try it before going home.
Try this, open the board, there are two trimming resistor adjustment, one for the rear motor and the other one controls the main motor, try to adjust it while your switching the remote controller to lift.
If that does not work. The little servo on the board are busted and you need to return the product!

It may just need to connect to the Helicopter.
1. MAKE SURE you have connected the 2 red connectors at the bottom of the helicopter.
2. "Connect" the remote. Do this by full throttling up the left stick, then quickly pulling it back down. Do this several times (2-5) this should work. If not it may need returned.

Still acting the same, however if I hold copter in my hand it runs great at full throttle. If I launch it , it cuts out after several seconds and crashes
