Hitting the menu button again will clear this off most of the time. Make sure you are using the correct remote. If it is the cable menu use the remote that came with the cable box. If it is the tv menu uses the original television remote control. This can also be taken care of with the buttons on the television itself. Should be a menu button on the side or bottom.

Looks like there is/are jammed button/s in the remote. Try removing the batteries from the remote and using control panel of the TV.

You need to have an original remote. In this case you may purchase an RCA universal remote that contains a menu button. Next be sure you connect you TV to a signal source (cable TV, satellite etc). Then press channel search on the menu. Hope this helps! Show a few hands of support!

U have 2 situations:
1st U have a tv Key stucked or internal control board defective.
2nd U have a broken tv remote control.

Note: Check for stuck pressed keys on TV, if not send to repair shop, for checkup.
