This will show you the default gateway something like 192.168.1.1

The open Internet explorer type 192.168.1.1 on address bar and unblock the facebook

maybe your ISP or your system or network administrato in your work have filter or blocking proxies, go to this site: http://www.bypassitnow.info/ that link is what you type in the address bar now at the page that loads find the entry box where you can enter facebook.com and it will load, bypassing the filters, this process is called proxy server

Your post is not so clear.Has your friend blocked you or have you blocked him?

I will answer you keeping both cases in mind.

If your friend has blocked you on facebook then it is not in your hands to get yourself unblocked. Your friend has to unblock you from his facebook profile.

But in case you have blocked him from your facebook profile then you can unblock him in the following manner. Go to your facebook site. Click on the 'Account' tab on the upper right hand corner of your website. Go to Privacy Settings - Block List - remove the name of your friend which will be listed there.
