Crack my 32in sanyo hdtv lcd screen wood like to fix it for cheep

Have screen replaced (search the net.) for prices on new and used or replace TV.

You likely have a bad tuner board. Check that the power board and tuner has any blown caps and replace if needed.

That sounds like a faulty LCD panel tab. The only true fix is to replace the screen. This usually isn't cost effective.

Depending on the brand a 32" LCD TV will still be worth something, yes. If the display works for the most part but needs a new LCD you at least have a lot of good parts you could sell off on eBay or the like to go towards a new one. The power supply in particular might be well in demand.

Yes it matters you will need the same one, the screen has a number on it, see if the other one has the same if not will not fit

The price of a new screen is as much as a new TV. Find an identical TV at a garage sale, pawn shop, or a TV repair shop for salvage. If you are a do it yourselfer, then you can probably put one together. See "Encompass Parts, or Shop Jimmy" web sites for salvage. Just be patient as these TV have a large salvage demand. i have a 47" inch lcd sanyo t.v. and my kids accidentally shot it with an air-soft gun. and there is a crack where the pellet hit and there is also a crack running down that spot. Also the screen has these lines running up and down the screen. Different colors. and i was wondering if it was possible to fix.

You can have them repaired using a TV Repair guy but often it costs as much as a brand new LCD. My daughter broke my $1,600 LCD. It would have cost $1,200 to fix.. so I just bought a new one.After that I picked up a TV screen protector called TV Armor http://www.tv-armor.com Its designed to protect the TV from damage. Now I dont have to worry anymore when she is playing near it. It works really well.

The panels cost more than the TV. Check ebay for lightning damaged units and make the swap.
