Js bought an hp dv 7 dont if it has a blue tooth cant locate it

first install blue-tooth driver and software then it comes in control panel.

install software then plug it in

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

Start your bluetooth on PC and then in your HTC......I hope u have bluetooth software in your laptop......if not install it....try to search devices in ur laptop dont forget to keep ur HTC in visible mode. when ur laptop identifies the devices try connecting it.....best way that ur laptop gives a key n type the key on ur htc it will connect.....n u can strt data transfers easily......hope this helps......

start in the off position press and hold the talk button and you will hear a tone continue to hold for another 7 seconds (10 seconds total) then the light should be flashing blue then red it is now in discovery mode now take the divice you are trying to pair it with and do a search for blue tooth devices. once it is found you may need a password it is 0000 as is the default password for all blue tooth devices hope this helps.

Hi, i had this same problem. really annoyin. first make sure you charge the headset fully. then while keeping the slidy mouth piece closed hold down the centre button untill the blue light comes on and will start flashing. your ps3 will then be able to find it. the defualt pass code is 0000

You have to get the phone to recognise the bluetooth headset first. The manual should tell you how to do this. Normally you have to go into the bluetooth menu on the phone and get the phone to detect the headset, and then type in the pin code, normally 0000.
