Hi. I would suggest that you uninstall the AUDIO driver and install the latest audio driver or High definition audio driver on your machine. You can download the latest drivers for your machine at the Lenovo Driver support website at consumersupport.lenovo.com, just enter the serial no. of your machine and it will give you every software and drivers that you need for your laptop. Hope this helps
hi, 1. Download the driver and the windows xp hotfix from consumersupport.lenovo.com. 2. Save them on the desktop. 3.win RAR should be installed in the system then extract the driver by right clicking on the folder downloaded. 4.install the hotfix first and then run the setup of the extracted driver. 5.If then also the issue is not resolved then go to devicemanger>audio device on hd audio bus and right click on that>update driver>give the path of the extracted folder.
Let's start by removing all of the other audio drivers. After, reboot your laptop and install only the audio driver from the cd. After doing so, if the problem continues, then you may want to try repairing your windows system files - given that you have the installation cd that came with your laptop.
Hope this answers your question and that it helps.
