I have a Euro- Pro Model 9106 Deluxe Denim and Silk. I have problems with it jamming often and now it is running very rough and not stiching well. I think it needs to be oiled. Do I just remove the bobbin case and drop oil in the center? That was the way to do it with my Singer machine. The Euro-Pro manual just says to use a good oil but does give any instruction as to how to oil the machine. Thank yOu for your help.

There are no specific instructions for oiling the machine--only for cleaning. Oiling is not recommended on electronic machines. Check out the troubleshooting section. There are some hints there for problems. Would NOT recommend using 3-in-1 oil or anything that is not specifically for a sewing machine. A lot of oils dry out and turn to glue in a short period of time. Even computerized sewing machine specify a specific oil other than you would find for mechanical sewing machines.

My advice would be to NOT use just any oil but only a highly refined clear oil specific to sewing machines and labeled as such. 3 in One oil is good for some other machines but not recommended for electronic machines. I'm also experiencing rough running w/ my model 9106 after sewing heavy denim material. It now jerks from zig zag stitch to straight stitch and will run w/o the foot pedal being pressed. I'll keep looking for answers.

SOURCE: Need to replace a bobbin cover plate

Hi,

Here in Australia, the dealer would get it in for you. The 'manufacturer' / distributor usually don't get involved with customers! I'd find a dealer near you and ask!

Good luck!

SOURCE: I need a replacement Auto needle threader.

I've never had an auto needle threader work properly for very long. My suggestion is to not bother to replace it and just relearn how to thread the needle. Sorry.

What is the need size, I broke my needle

the needle series is 130/705H the size depends on the fabric as a rule of thumb 80/12 for cotton 70/10 for silk 100/16 denim needles for heavy woven etc also the needles are available in stretch, leather, sharps (for micro fibre) etc.
