Go into "My Computer" and locate the card reader drive icon. If it's not there then you need to load its' driver. If it is there, merely double click on it to open the files contained in the card.

I have lexar 4 gb memory card, which reads "card cannot be accessed", each time i insert it in my camera. What shall i do to revive back my data?

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

My sony cyber shot camera suddenly is saying that my Lexar 4GB CompactFlash Premium Series 80x needs to be formatted. What about my pictures?

You might have locked memory card. If not first try to connect memory card to PC with memory card reader and try to copy your stuff... then after you take all stuff try to format it.

My laptop(dell) not DETECT lexar 2 GB SD(MULTI-USE).

My first item to Trouble shoot i think would be your media card reader, check in your device manager to see if there are any conflicts in the driver or if a driver is even installed for it. if there is a conflict, go to your pc manufacture website go to support , drivers an download the card reader and reinstall. Also is there any data on the card? and if not has it been formated yet?

#1
Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com
#2
Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
#3
Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
#4
In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
#5
Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
#6
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

I am trying to delete a locked picture from my camera memory card but can't figure it out without my user guide. Don't know how it got locked in the first place.

You could take the XD memory and plug it into a memory card reader that plugs into a USB connector of a computer.. The computer should treat it like just another input with folders with JPEG files. Try and delete the screwed up picture. Lexar has made several different Universal card readers that I've had and I picked up an XD to USB adapter at Walmart the other day.

How do you put music on a Lexar memory disc?

To connect the SD memory card to the computer you need a USB memory card reader. Plug the SD memory card into the USB card reader and then plug the card reader into the computer's USB port.
The computer will see this as an external memory card, you can then click on this memory card (it maybe the D or E or F drive) and select the music files from your computer then copy and paste your music files to this memory card. I presume the music files you need to copy are MP3 or MP4 files.
