0626, 0126, 0826, 0227, 0327, 0630, 0632, 0134, 0037, 0625, 0924, 0324, 0128, 0228, 0428, 0528, 0447, 0247, 0724, 0325, 0526, 0726, 0027, 0527, 0827, 0927, 0628, 0530, 0830, 0731, 0634, 0735
When I programmed mine, the first code for each of my devices is the one that worked. If the first one doesn't work, however, just follow the list of codes until your device accepts one.
Press and hold the device button matching your TV(tv button)--wait until the red light stays on then release that device button--then enter your 4digit code. Push the power button on the universal remote. If your tv turns off, the programming worked. Test the other controls on the remote.
Repeat this process for your VCR, but hold down the VCR device button to program.

I am not sure about Dynex. It isn't listed in the manual, as the brand is manufactured by Best Buy for their stores. The parent company is also obscure. I did find one posting that eluded to Samsung having a hand in it, so I'm including the Samsung tv codes in hopes that they might work, good luck.
