There is no relationship between the air conditioning system and the gear box in the vehicle.
The engine operates the aircon compressor via the serpentine belt from the crankshaft pulley and if the aircon is operating normally the aircom compressor will not be faulty either.
If you are having problems with the gearbox it has nothing to do with the aircon system. The issue will be with the gearbox itself.

first engine light is on a reason it has a code stored needs to be read,2.sounds like it needs throttle body cleaning,and3.if clutch is hard means master clutch cyl is bad if hydraulic and if manual cable is worn.
