Hello usually the machine has a name in its title also ie Husqvarna VIKING 2000SL. I typed your machine type into google and then clicked on images and found photos of the manual. You could just then print out the pictures or click on links for more info. You could go to www.sewingnz.com/husqvarna-viking-service manual. BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $10 + POSTAGE. Perhaps the sled motor is stuck on the unit. What model number is it? Can you remove the screws on the cover and try to open it manually moving the sled mechanism? (carefully of course, with very little force). It might just need to be lubricated.
