Radio and alarm won't turn off

This clock is supposed to have an automatically "increasing" volume feature (starts off low, gets louder over a minute or so).

If not sufficient, look on the top right side of the clock, there should be an up/down volume control. It is a black oval-shaped button with a picture of a sound speaker in the middle. Push it upward to increase volume and downward to decrease volume. Unfortunately, you have to have a flashlight or light on to see it because none of the controls are illuminated.

1: Remove screw from top back of radio and carefully lift lid that retains buttons. Might be a good idea to take a pic of buttons so they don't get mixed up as they will just pop off at this point.

2: On either side of the back middle button you will see a switch and three (3) buttons.

3: Move "Off On Lock" switch to "Off" (left) position. You will see the unlocked symbol appear on the display.

4: Push far right button first to set your time "Zone" using the "Alarm Time" or "Radio Tune" buttons. Wait 5 seconds for the beep when done.

5: Push the "Time Set" button. (It is the one closest to the "Off On Lock" switch).

6: Use the "Alarm Time" or "Radio Tune" buttons to set the time. (Note: "PM" will appear in the upper left corner of the front display when your time is after noon!)

7: The time display will stop blinking and set about 8 seconds after your last move.

8: Push "Calen" button to set calendar. First the year the push the button again to scroll to the date.

9: Push the lock switch to the right and the lock symbol should disappear from the front display.

If you removed any buttons put them back, then put the cover back on and re install the screw.

Call the front desk and ask them to set or replace the clock.....

I don't have the manual, but I figured it out. Setting is easy, just use the switch on the side to select what you want to set (clock, wake 1, wake 2). Then use the forward and reverse buttons on top of the radio to adjust your times. When you are finished, push the selection in the most forward position, looks kinda like a key.

To activate the alarms, click on the Wake 1 or Wake 2 button that are on top of the clock. You can switch between alarm and radio by pressing those buttons.

To deactivate the alarms, press the Wake 1 or Wake 2 button simultaneously with the Cancel button (all buttons on top of the radio.

Move the switch on the top back to either the clock symbol to set time or alarm 1 or 2 depending on which one you wish to set. On either side of the snooze button is a fwd and rev button. Push fwd to advance the time or rev to go back. If setting the alarm it will automatically turn the alarm on when you set it. To turn alarm on or off manually, push the button for the alarm you choose on the top rear right side.

Just hold down Alarm Button 1 or 2 until the time blinks. Then push the inner button on the middle row of the left side until is says AM or FM. It will then use the radio when the alarm goes off.

To enable the alarm, push and hold either alarm 1 or alarm 2 button on left side of face... eventually it will switch the display and say alarm enabled and you can then push the alarm button to switch between buzzer / radio / off.

Yourl calendar year may be wrong. If the calendar needs to be reset hold down the month/date & time buttons. Press the up or down button based on you have to baclward or forward.

use the selector switch on the top, switch it to wake 1 or wake 2. set the time that you want that alarm to go off. then push the switch all the way back to the left to deactivate it. then to activate the alarm, use the buttons on top labeled wake 1 or wake 2 to turn the desired alarm on. pushing that button repeatedly will cycle the alarm to either beep, radio, or it will turn that alarm off.

If you push time set and alarm set buttons simultaneously you can lock/unlock the radio

SLIDE THE SWITCH TO TIME DO NOT PUT ON WAKE 1 OR WAKE 2 THOSE ARE LIKE TWO SEPEATE ALARM TIMES YOU COULD SET PUT ON CANCEL OR JUST TIME.
