I haven't used the tub in a while and now when I push the jet button nothing happens. No noise, nothing. Fuse breakers are all fine.

Hi, Dayne here,

If your tub has an air switch, it could be the push button, but more likely the air switch. Disconnect the tubing from the button and give it a light puff of air. If it turns on the pump. it is the button. If not, listen and veiw the air switch as you give it a light puff again. If the switch contactors close, the switch is probably good, and it unfortunately may be the pump. Remove and have it tested after looking for a reset or manual over ride by the air switch.

Thank you.

Our 880 Marin hot tub is constantly running the jets on 1/2 of the tub as if the circulation pump is running. The icon on the control panel does not show the jets are on. When we push the button to turn...

sounds to me with a power surge you could have a relay on the circuit board not working properly.
You will most likely need to change the circuit board to correct the problem.

I have a jetted tub that has not been used in years, but still worked until recently. When I went to use it you could push the button all the way in with no response from the motor. So just wondering if...

the button is an air switch, check the simple things first. your tub is connected to a gfi plug or breaker, try reseting the breaker first.next is the air hose from the button to the pump connected,is it split or have a hole in it. with the access door removed pump the button and listen for an air leak, if so remove hose just by pulling on it, most hardware stores carry the same hose and sell it by the foot.

My jetted tub will not work, and it used to work just fine. Nothing happens when i push the button to turn it on. Could this be a switch problem? Also do not hear the motor doing anything when button is pushed. Dou you think I just need to get a new pump??

My bathtub jacuzzi wont work. I reset the circuit breakers but nothing. I filled the tub but nothing comes out of the jets

make sure you have power to outlet that motor is plugged into,if so try pushing jet button in tub about ten times in a row quickly then on tenth push use as much force as possible and hold.if this does not work, air hose from back of button to pump motor may be disconnected.

My jets wont turn on

All the electric power source to all jacuzzi tubs all required to be protected by a "ground fault" device. Have you noticed special wall receptacles in your kitchen and bathroom that have 'test' and 'reset' buttons? There may be a receptacle (or something that looks like a receptacle but without any slots for plugs) near the tub. Push the reset button. If the pump for the tub has an access panel, the device may be behind the panel. And last, the circuit breaker in the main electrical panel may be a ground fault type and needs reset there. Good Luck

My jets do not run

You have to pull the apron from the tub to expose the motor. These tubs have to have a dedicated circuit to them so check the breaker in the breaker box to make sure it is on. It could be that the tub is not getting power. Once the apron is removed, then you can try and locate the brand and model number. Most of your local plumbers can help you with this as well.
