I was writing a big note here before then hit the wrong button, it was just a bunch of jargon anyway. Yes it is the condenser fan motor causing your problems. Doesn't cool the refrigerant properly than nothing works. I would change the fan before it causes any damage to the compressor.

Is it set at max? Try switching to fast freeze. it bypasses the thermostat and may help find if it is faulty

Yes, Defrosting it would work and making sure the vents in the freezer is not blocked with freezer foods.

Is the freezer fan working to circulate the cold air in the freezer compartment and push some cold air into refrigerator? That could be the issue.
