You may need to update your iTunes, or reinstall, make sure you have the latest software, if that does not work, go online to www.apple.com to talk to someone just to make sure nothing is going wrong on their end. It could also be your account, make sure you credit card information is up to date. It will also help knowing what that error code means, so if you do have to contact apple have that error code handy.

My cc was charged to much on itunes for something my daughter got

You have 2 avenues to pursue with this.
First, give iTunes the opportunity to fix the problem.
The Cust Service # that works best for people seems to be 800-676-2775.At each voice prompt enter 0(zero),until you get to an actual human.Have the card used handy, plus the account information for iTunes.
If that doesn't work, though it most likely will, call your Credit Card Co. and dispute the amount overcharged.Don't try and get it for free,or you'll be charged again, and that's only fair. The # should be on the back of your cerdit card itself.

How can I know if I'm buying tracks by having an itunes gift card and maybe not my credit card?

Based on Apple "Gift certification, allocation breaks, and prepaid credit card are utilized first. .If you've number free tune credits or present certificates, prepaid cards, or allocation credits, your charge card is charged for the tracks you buy."

Therefore more straightforward to check always your breaks outstanding before and after getting items on free itunes codes

Ok I have tryed to buy gems 3 times over the last 2 day but it will not work I dont get the gems and my credit card keeps being billed a $2 charge for every time What do I do

I suggest going onto the developers site via iTunes and try finding a 'contact us' button and tell them your problem, you have the evidence that you're getting charged because of your bill statement.

Itunes won't accept my security code...

Check to make sure the card you're using is not a debit card. Apparently only a credit card will work for the iTunes if purchasing directly from the iPhone. Oddly enough, debit cards are accepted for the online (non-mobile) iTunes store.

Won't allow me to use my gift card funds

In order to fix this problem, go to billing info, and when it lets you choose the credit card method, choose the option "none" then it will let you use your gift card. Otherwise it assumes you want to use a credit card. Hope this helps.
