SOURCE: Panasonic x70 locked

hi if the code isnt 12345 then the chances are somebody has changed it and you will only get 5 trys at guessing the code.
The problem with your model of phone is that the newer panasonic phones cant be unlocked using a code you will need to get a flash lead and the panasonic flash programme to reset the phone and reset the code.
You can either try and track down a flash lead and programme if you are unable to locate the lead and software then the only other way is to goto a phone repair shop and pay them to unlock the phone and reset the security code.
Give this a try first though if you use ask.com and type in "panasonic unlock calculater" or try "free panasonic unlock calculater" you might find a code generater programme thats only if somebody has manged to crack the code calculater i know their is one for nokia so give it a try.
The only other way you can get this done if the phone shop dont do it for you is find a web site that can unlock the phone remotely these usually charge for this service but not to much about $10 or £5 about that much and these can unlock your phone remotely you can also use ask.com to search for this service their should be a few online so have a look.
If you need further assistance let me know or if you dont understand what i told you then just ask or if you cant locate the unlock calculater.
Try also searching for "free security unlock calculater"
Let me know how you get on ok

SOURCE: Motorolla Razer V3i Keypad is not working

The best way I can recommend to fix this is to contact www.wirelessunlimitedinc.com, or www.myspace.com/wirelessunlimited.

It sounds like some moisture has gotten into the bottom of the phone and is shorting out the keys.

If you want to try it yourself, you need to replace the keypad flex

Razr in mute mode

the only mute function is to mute/unmute a call during the active call.
It is the - key (center button at the top of the keypad)
Have you turned the volume too low?
If you turn the volume to low, it will stay low all the time until you reset it to a higher level.
You just press the volume keys on the side of the flip lid or set in the setup menu.

Panasonic Phones are on mute and will not work

The following is generic for most cordless phones:

Did you check to make sure that the phone is not in the intercom mode? If this phone has a base station speaker phone, make sure it is not on mute. Some of these phones have a fax connection. Make sure your phone line is not accidently pluged in to the fax section. Also if the phone has a fax monitoring feature check the the setup menu that the fax is not enabled. If the phone has an answering machine mode, make sure that this feature is turned off.

In the worse case:
There may be a defect in the X-Mit section of the phone. I would suspect the fault to be in the base.

Locked phone

You need to call your service provider (orange, at&t, etc) to get the PUK code.

Its not something anyone else has access to.

Best of Luck.
