The people that sold you the phone probably gave you a bad battery. Go buy a new battery and it should work fine.

simple open ur phone and clean it with siprit..........then it will start working........so simple

There are 2 ways you can go about fixing this:

1st is the proper method - After unscrewing the screws near the usb head, take off the cover. Near the jack input area is another small screw, take it out. You can now take out the main board by pulling away from the jack and up. Take a look at the but end, where all the copper foil is. Do NOT remove the copper foil or the tape around, it is your ground (protects your chip if sparked). If you see a blue t shape thing that is your switch. If you don't, check answer 2. This blue T switch has to have the base of the T in-between the 2 forks on your hold switch. After fiddling for a while you will get it and then just screw everything back together.

2nd method - You will need some metallic wire and tape. IF you do use this method you can NOT use the hold function, unless your are skilled at fiddling with wire. You will have tak some of the wire and make an oval ring shaped hole with it. Press the wire ring through the hole below the copper foil. you want to press the ring upwards. Press the power button and make sure it is in the proper position. If not then fiddle around until you get it.Once you have achieved the position tape the ring down in it's position. Turn on the mp3, if it works good, you now get to re-assemble. If not then, go back and fiddle with the wire and tape again. (You might achieve the same goal if the wire is straight BUT the wire moves easier). Once it is all back together turn it on one last time and if it works embrace the hard work you just did. If not, sorry to say, go back to step 2 and start over again.

the phone needs to be reflash to correct this issue this can be done online at a paysite called topsony.com or you can take it to a mobile store near you to have it flash there.

The jack where the ear piece enters gets partial contact try and get standard ear piece cause you cud damage the sound unit if you keep feeding it partial current
