I had a similar problem until it finally gave up draining altogether. I took the drain pump apart and found that a quarter was jammed in the pump after it broke a vain off. I don't know how the quarter got past the basket but this was definitely my problem.

Hi!
looks like you have a defective motor or a leaked load capacitor .....you need to get the motor rewired....or get a new motor for your washer..... have the capacitor checked....
but ya the issue is 1 of the 2....faulty cap/motor
Cheers!

Plug off the wall first. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic
On some models the filter is located ‘inside’ the big hose from the bottom of the tub. This takes more time to clean.
To manually unlock the door lock system, perform the following steps.
1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
2. Remove the lower kick panel.
3. Reach up along the inside of the front panel and locate the bottom of the door latch assembly.
4. Located on the bottom of the door latch assembly is a teardrop shaped tab. Gently pull the tab down approximately quarter inch, or until a click is heard.
5. The door may now be manually opened.

Hi, you say you have de-clogged it? But where? There is a water trap / housing that fills with water and forces air up a tube to close the contacts on an electrical switch. Have you found this housing and confirmed it's clear? With the water drained and F21 showing, pull the tube carefully off the 'air switch' Do not electrocute yourself but listen for a click. If you hear one, the housing is not letting the water drain quickly enough. If there is no air in the tube, maybe the switch is sticking? Disconnect it and see what happens. Let me know and leave feedback if i have helped. Regards jb

I cleaned the strainer and the drain stand pipe is fine. I have tried to restart this approximately 14 times and still the F 21 code appears. the pump is fine I ohmed it out and watched it preformed. Any thoughts ????
