I have a Dell V313w. I am running off of Windows 7. When I go to print a job, it will shoot a blank page through the pinter before it begins to print the job. How can I ge that to stop?

Can you delete your printer from your pc and reload it? mine hangs up once in a while too. Just weird gremlins as sometimes it's perfect.

Alignment shows black & streaky, only covers 3/4's of a line, color is good. The printer copies a document no problem; but only copies color (no black) from the computer. If the document is black print, I get a blank page. Do not know how to remove printhead

When you put the ink cartridge in the printer did you remove the protective cover first?

something is blocking it like a paperclip or ball of paper...something not easily seen...clean thoroughly

Try to go up on the Dell website and download and install newer drivers. It sounds to me that the driver that is installed is somehow corrupted. Thus not letting you print how you would like to.

yes ink can dry up.. big chance your ink have dried up, since you've installed them couple of months ago.. there's a possibility that the ink may have not dried up but the print head may clogged.. you can try running some maintenance like clean cartridge or print head test using Dell All inOne Solution center..

Your USB cord may be too long, or you have too many USB devices running. Try removing any other USB device, except the printer and do a test print.
