yes you loaded the music and supported by windows but the file system is not applicable. the first should be format your mp3 then download the sonique stage this serves as your file manager you can download songs and automatically converted thru this and save thru your mp3 using this .

im using sonic stage to put stuff onto the MP3 player but to put vids on im usings (Xilisoft HD Video Converter) to convert whatever video i wanna put on my mp3 BUT you need to make sure u covert the file to M4A MAKE SURE OF THIS ... i have tried mp4, avi, blah blah and NOTHING ELSE WORKS but M4A does n it works PERFECT =) so yah u can either use the program i use to download anyother converting program as long as it will convert to M4A lik avi to m4a n blah blah blah okay hope this helps because it helpd me n i can put vids on now thank you
