Support for both models 110c and 120 c are available but not your model. Try downloading the instructions for model 110 and see if it is the same.

No driver brother dcp-115c

Here is driver download page, follow instructions, enter details and download the driver : Brother Solutions Center: DCP-115C: Others.

To install the driver do the following:

do the following.

Unplug printer USB.
Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) your printer from printer list.
Download driver from website and run the file.
Follow driver installation wizard.
Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
