I would suggest deleting the Voyager Pro from your phone. Turn your phone and headset off and then back on after about 30 sec. You will need to reconnect the headset to the phone again. Use pass code 0000 (4 zero's) if you phone ask for it. See page 8 of user guide for further tips. User guide attached below.

Mistake sorry everyone, plantronics voyager pro x cs70 .cannot get to work on my nokia c2-01 please help

Oftentimes there may be interference from other bluetooth devices on the phone. Disable them first, disconnect the battery from the phone for 30 seconds (helps to reset) and follow the pairing instructions from the link below.

Plantronics Voyager Pro bluetooth headset seems to be stuck in pairing mode. The lights flash red and blue, my motorola droid will show paired but not connect ed. If it does connect at all it will drop...

You want to turn off the power to your headset and turn off your phone. Remove for 30 seconds the battery from the phone and reconnect. Then follow the pairing instructions found on pages 4-5 in this link for the Plantronics Voyager Pro+.

My voyager pro connects with my samsung gt-b2710 (auto pair) but after 5 seconds, it is getting disconnect , (also, after auto pair with samsung, my phone isn't asking for authorization code).

I would first suggest deleting the headset from your phone, then rebooting your phone and then try repairing the headset to your phone to see if that helped.

I cannot hear anything. Headset is paired and connected, but I cannot hear anything at all.

You want to remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Purge from the phone pairing information for your Voyager Pro headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro. That should get some sound back in your headset.

It sounds like the wireless link between the phone and headset has been compromised. I have a samsung rogue and I all I hear is mostly static with the Plantronics Voyager PRO

Make sure that it has a good connection, try to re-pair the headset to your phone. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the phone's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your cell phone discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.
