My voyager pro will auto pair with my samsung gt-b2710 but then disconnects after 5 seconds

Oftentimes there may be interference from other bluetooth devices on the phone. Disable them first, disconnect the battery from the phone for 30 seconds (helps to reset) and follow the pairing instructions from the link below.

It sounds like something got messed up with an app on your phone. Try re pairing it, but you will have to delete it first.

I would first suggest deleting the headset from your phone, then rebooting your phone and then try repairing the headset to your phone to see if that helped.

Make sure that it has a good connection, try to re-pair the headset to your phone. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the phone's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.
