There is no picture at any time. Even when I push the Menu Key. I do have audio, so I know I'm on a station

scan for the station when you have the station hold the number button you would like the station to be on in until it flashes when flashing leave and push memory or dont push memory and wait until it stops.

Press on the Menu key and get into Tuner list, look for this function if any.
Seek or Scan --Auto/Manual
PTY must OFF
Seek Sense --- set to high if indication is LO1,2,3 Hi 4,5,6 choose Hi 6

1. Hold down source until power shuts off
2. Hold down function (fnc) button for several seconds until menu appears. (newer models that dont have the function button, hold down source a second time instead)
3. Every time function is pressed it go to next menu option
4. Use station tuning pad to set time
5. Push source when done

For clock turn key on and stereo off. Press and hold the function button for 3-5 seconds. the clock should appear with the hours flashing. Use the up-down buttons to set hours. Push the right button to set the minutes. Now turn on the stereo with the source (or power) button and your done!
Remember key on stereo off. hold function, the rest will become second nature once you've done it a few times.
Tuner pre-sets are super easy. Tune to the station you want and then just hold the # button (1-6) that you want that station on for about 3 seconds. The channel your on, (e.i 104.9) will flash a couple of times and then stop flashing. When it stops flashing it's in the memory. Tune your next channel and hold # 2,3,4,5,6, If 6 isn't enough push BAND and your on FM-2 with 6 more pre-sets, Push it again for FM-3 with 6 more presets. Push it a 3rd time for the AM band with 6 pre-sets and one more time to get back to FM-1.

Disk to be removed from the DVD player and then press HDMI (bottom left key) on remote to move back to hd mode instead of p (progressive) mode

or antenna try ch 5 ch 12 re auto scan the chs in menu again readjust antenna

you just have to turn the power on, push the display button so the time is showing on the display. (The only buttons involved are the "BAND" button, the number 4 roulette button which is the top right station preset button and the "DISPLAY" button.) I think you push and hold the BAND button and while holding it push the number 4 roulette button. (you don't have to hold it for any specific time you just have to push BAND in when you push the number 4 roulette button.) the time will flash and you use the vol/seek knob to adjust the time. When done push the BAND button again.

this looks very much like a problem I once 've had (and later found the solution by accident). When you go into the menu of the remote control and press the "automatic channel search" function you can always specify from which "source" the signal is arriving either 1, from antenna, (ie. over air) or 2, from cable or 3, from satellite. Then the decoder searches and finds a bunch of station in its reach. Once (while hooked up to an antenna) ,I had accidentally made it do the station search under the "cable" header instead of "antenna" and it found the same stations as the one's I've had before,(over antenna) but some stations suddenly had no more audio. Because I was unaware that the set was programmed under the cable header I could solve this strange mystery only much later when I reprogrammed it one day and it searched the stations under the Air-Antenna header, then suddenly all the stations were coming in properly, with good image and full audio. ------If this doesn't solve your problem then search under the menu of your set if at another part of it you can specify some other similar options like Antenna-Cable choice.
