My Haier HW-C1460TVE-U washing machine was installed this morning did the empty cycle first then did a load of towels worked perfectly did another wash Err code Unb came up. Got sprit level and checked adjusted legs so it was level. Did a 90 degree wash for 2hrs - Err code again Unb washing not spinning coming out wet through. Any ideas only had it since 8am this morning.

    We've got the same problem too with our newly bought Haier HW-C1460TVE-U....the machine is on a level surface, but it doesn't matter if its completely full, half full, or even empty - the machine refuses to spin and clothes come out soaking.

    Think the only way to solve this problem is to demand a refund! Engineer called today as we have same problem. (unb message and machine not spinning). I put machine on after engineer had fitted a new circuit board and said machine ok, machine will not work at all now, err 7 message on screen. Told comet I want a refund, will keep you informed.

    had the machine for 4 months+ all fine then suddenly it wont spin checked all normal things filter,drain pump etc,the fault only appears when the cycle is finished then it displays end/unb and the clothes are still wet

    I have the same problem with this machine except it only happens when there is a small amount of washing in. I thought unb meant the washing was unbalanced in the washer but I dont know.

    Please let me know if this problem is solved.

    Am on my 3rd haier now. Still the same problem wont spin out half loads , bedding, towels etc. waste of mone. Comet wont refund.

Have been to one of these machines today. UNB will still show even if the machine is empty. I think the feedback amplifier on the main PCB is at fault. If I have any luck with it I'll post another message

What a waste of money!!! I had two due before I told them I wanted a refund. Don't waste your money on HAIER!!!

I called comet they installed a new chip board un balanced means the loads are too heavy for the machine if u aint got warrenty take it back and demand a better washer preferably not haier

If its a top loader, most machine s have a dispenser on the top panel or somewhere in the top of the splash guard of the tub. On a front loader.... I have never seen a bleach dispenser on any of them.

Haier HLP21N washer won't fill. Water runs right through from the faucet to the drain hose.
Is the hose in the sink or on the floor? If in the sink, it sounds like the pump is running all the time. If the hose is too low, it maybe syphoning out the water as fast as its going in.

Machine won't empty
It will not spin if there is water in it.
Locate the filter, which should be at the bottom front right of washer behind a drop down flap or cover.
Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
Hope fully this will solve the problem.

My Haier HW-C1460TVE-U washing m/c keeps giving (CLrF) ERROR Code
Anyway, my machine shows an error code "clrf". I just spoke to someone at Comet, and apparently this means there is too much foam in the machine. The machine will then refill with water and try to rinse it out, but if after that the machine still has too much foam in, then it will stop the cycle. Hence why my clothes are still wet (although I'd not realised they weren't rinsed properly either!).

I have not been using excessive amounts of washing powder, and usually use powder tablets or the liquid tablet sort, so they are a set amount and I don't do anything daft like stick 6 tablets in! I find it ridiculous that this would cause a problem with the washing machine, as I've used them perfectly fine with other washing machines.

Anyway, the advice from Comet was to keep trying different washing powders until i find one that foams less.

If I had to guess...I'm thinking that you may not have shut the door to the machine. The safety feature was engaged. This might let the timer run the cycles but would have prevented the agitation and spin functions from working. Not the problem...get the manufacturer on the phone

Err2 means "Drainage error. water not emptied within 4 min.
Correction: Clean the filter and check the drain hose for a blockage. If error still exists, please contact the maintenance personnel." This is what it says in the instruction manual

Possible your outlet filter is blocked, it need periodic cleaning, which the user can do himself. Locate where this is from your user's manual. Clean out, re-fix. Next it could be the hose that goes from the bottom of the tub to the filter pump; check the former first. Well, you have a record of sorts, 30 years!!
