The printer will have a message in the screen saying roughly how many pages are left in the toner cartridge if the toner is running low. Try printing a "configuration page" by pressing "ok", arrow down to "information", arrow down to " print configuration page", then press "ok". If this page prints you still have toner left.
1.Click 'Print' in your application, click 'options' 2. On the Paper tab or the Paper/Quality tab in the printer driver, specify the size of media (eg 3x5in) 3. On the Paper tab or the Paper/Quality tab, select your media type from the 'Type is' drop-down list. 4.Load the media with the narrow side forward and the side to be printed on facing up.
Adjust the side and rear media guides to fit the media. 5. Print the document.
I'm having the same problem with three networked P3015 printers on a Windows 2003 server. They stopped printing PDF files last week. The universal PS driver from HP works, but it's a pretty ugly solution. I'd like to know why the PCL driver just stopped working.

Why not convert the PDF to Excel and then print the Excel Spreadsheet? Nearly everybody know how to use excel and print the contents.
You can try AnyBizSoft PDF to Excel Converter which can help you transfer the tables of PDF into Excel as the original format. All the charts and data will be preserved.
Have a try and hope it helps.
I had this problem on my Vista pc but it was for all programs it would
say its printing and nothing happened, what I did was leave the old one
installed on the pc and created another and then deleted the old.But
have you tried uninstalling excell and re-installing it to see if that
changes anything, and when you reinstalled epson did you go to their
site and download the updated firmware/software for the printer this
could be another cause?!
