Currently there is no official win 7 driver for this card. i woudl recommend trying to use the windows xp ones but it is unlikely that the card will work with them.
I gave up on my old creative card 16bit Live Value and got $25 equivalent from tiger direct.
Also if your not too fond of windows try ubuntu. You can try with out replacing windows. As i know it support the old creative cards.

No its not well i tried everything for weeks, dozens of different drivers i ended up buying a creative labs 5.1 channel card for only $21 which a lot of ppl say doesnt work with win7 but i found a driver and it sounds great. cheers and plz vote
Unfortunately Creative Labs has discontinued support for that model sound card. There is no Windows 7 driver as the last driver released for it was in 2005.
You'll need to purchase a newer sound card. A Windows 7 Compatible sound card starts in the $25 range.
Go to the creative Labs website and download the updated drivers for windows 7. Your other option would be to run this device in Compatibility mode with the Vista Drivers.
