Message error E527

What firmware version have you updated to? Check the sensor for the carousel. It could be that the sensor has got a nudged and knocked out of alignment. Remove the PCU and you will see the sensor on the left side above the carousel. Adjust it so it lines up better with the carousel. If it's still bad, check the sensor behind the LV/HV power supply. To do this you will need to remove the two power supply's. Code error 307 ricoh CL4000DN

sc 307 is a charge bias error having to do with the yellow photoconductor unit (PCU). Replacing the yellow PCU should resolve your problem. If the problem persists even with a new PCU, you will likely need to have either the high voltage supply board or the drum positioning plate replaced.

The printer is giving me service error E527 what can be done to overcome this error

Hi Good day!!!

This error message "Service Req E527" means that the toner carousel housing the toner cartridges is obstructed, or is unable to rotate correctly. It can be caused by installing a toner cartridge incorrectly.

Solution 1:Check that the toner cartridge at the front of the printer is installed correctly.

Solution 2: Manually remove all of the toner cartridges.
Close all the covers, and then power the printer off.Open Cover B, and then remove the photo conductor unit (PCU).Turn the toner carousel by hand to line up a toner cartridge with the front of the printer.Open Cover A.If the toner cartridge is not in position to remove it, close Cover A and repeat the steps above.Remove the toner cartridge, and then close Cover A.Repeat all the steps above until you have removed all four toner cartridges.Reinstall the PCU.Close all the covers, and then power on the printer.Open Cover A and Cover B.Check thoroughly for any jammed paper, foreign objects or damaged parts.If you can locate an obstruction, remove it. Then, close all the covers and restart the printer again. If you can identify any damaged parts, there is an obstruction you cannot remove, or there is no change after restarting the printer, then contact Epson for further advice.Reinstall the toner cartridges (Follow the prompts on the LCD display), and then test the printer.

Lanier 126cn keeps printing one page only and then it displays SC 363 error code. It freezez in this mode completely. Next time you have to power off and then back on in order to print another 1 page only....

sc363 is a yellow PCU error. Try replacing the toner cartridge and resetting the PCU. If the error comes back, you'll probably need to replace that yellow PCU.

Service required E527

E527 indicates a developer home position error. With the front cover closed you should be able to freely rotate the cartridge "carousel" from the top with the PCU removed. If it does not rotate smoothly then something is broken and the printer will require stripping completely and the broken parts replaced. If this is the case then it is unlikely to be economically repairable. If the carousel does rotate freely however, then it is one of the following: Either the MCU (engine) Board itself is faulty, there is a wiring fault or the Sensor Rotary Home Position is faulty/dirty. The sensor is the first and most obvious thing to check but it requires taking off the L/H cover and removing the Low/High Voltage power supply board to get at it. I would recommend getting someone experienced at repairing printers to do this, but if you really want to give it a go then follow this link;

Cartridge jam carrousel blocked service req E527

Open the top cover, lift the orange PCU lever and lift out the PCU using the handle. With the front cover closed you should be able to rotate the Toner cartridge "carousel". If not then find and remove the blockage. If it does rotate then it is a sensor problem which involves stripping down the printer. I have helped with this problem before, just follow this link

Epson Acculaser CX11NF Error 'Service Req E527'

Hi.. To fix the E527 error, close the front panel (cover A) and open the top cover (cover B). With the photoconductor unit removed, the toner carousel will rotate. It only rotates if cover A is closed all the way. You can easily rotate the carousel to a position where you can remove/reinstall the toner cartridge if stuck.

Thanks
