This
is because your router is dropping the connection with your ISP
Modem...
It can be even an issue of modem...
To isolate
the issue, what you can do is... You can connect your computer directly
to the Modem and you can check for any intermittant connectivity...
if
you dont have any problem with your modem, then definitely its gonna be
the problem with your Belkin Router...
Doing a reset for the
router and reconfiguring will resolve the issue in most of the cases...
If
in case if it doesnt works, then you can do a firmware update for the
router (that would be found in belkin router support website)...
Even
then if it is dropping the connection then definitely it is a faulty
router...You can ask for a replacement if the product is still under
hardware & software warranty...
