Go to Ebay and put in the search box your Samsung model and it will take you to lots of cables for your player

My tip though, is to install the latest firmware so you can use it in UMS mode (which would mean that you can use your program of choice to transfer music).
Reload the firmware. You can get that from the manufactures website and that will fuix all folder prblems inside your player. Before you do that make sure that your computer is showing hidden folders. You can fix that by going to tools >> folder options >> view >> change it to should hidden files and folders.
Well that is quite problem. I'd go to the samsung website. Get their help line. Then call them and explain to them the problem, in my box i read a peice of paper that says bring the broken product back to us. And "us" was samsung. That's all i have to say. GOOD LUCK!
