My KODAK 5100 AiO printer stopped working. It is less than a year old. It does everything but show anything on the paper. I have tried three (3) New ink cartridges and tried aligning the heads. I tried cleaning the ink-jets. Nothing works. When I print a test page all it prints is the multi color flag in the upper left hand corner. It is very faint but I can see it. Nothing else. I have tried this a bunch of times. Can you help? Where can I get it repaired? I live in middle Tennessee 37355 is my zip code.

SOURCE: kodak 5100 will not print consistently

I am currently having the same problem with a 17" iMac Intel Core Duo.  The printer worked fine for a few months, now it will only print in black and white and sometimes in color that is extremely faded.  I have tried every troubleshooting tip in the book and still no luck.

SOURCE: Can't load the Kodak AiO Homecenter software

Go to the control panel and uninstall it. Don't just delete the program from windows explorer. Reinstall everything. It SHOULD work fine.

The printer head is probably bad. You can call Kodak and they will send you a new one.

Kodak 5100 won't print with Windows 7.

I've had the same problem for some time, but recently found a fix. Those sneaky folks at Kodak updated their Vista driver for the ESP series, and it works with Windows 7 now. Oddly enough they haven't advertised this fact, but it works none-the-less. Now, you're going to have to uninstall the Kodak Home Center, the driver and anything else associated with Kodak. You need to manually go through the Program Folder and delete anything Kodak. Make sure you set explorer to show hidden files/directories, and go to Program Data and delete any thing Kodak. Finally go to users appdata and delete anything Kodak in all the sub folders there. Then download and install the new May 1 drivers from the Kodak site:

http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=9103/13657/13660&product=EKN035329

Note: They are the Windows Vista drivers, but they do work on my Windows 7 machine.

You'll also notice that they've updated their installer program.

Hope this works for you, and if it does spread the word!

I cannot print in black despite the fact i just purchased a new cartridge and it shows its full but it printed 3 pages and then stopped printing anything on the page

I had the same thing happen with my 5100 AIO. I contacted Kodak and we swapped out the print head. There was no charge for this. Hopefully, you registered your printer. Mine was well past the warranty date.

Printer won't print.

sounds to me like perhaps the printer drivers are really unhappy. you'll need new ones from www.kodak.com
