why the web cam model ((FUWC-300))don`t work on my window xp?

Unfortunately, there was never an update past 2003, since it was classified as an "End of Life" product. Having said that, there is a chance that the driver will still work in Windows 7. Here is the site with the driver:

latest driver for that cam came out in 2003 so you won't be able to find any drivers for win7/vista. sorry. get a new cam

Windows 7 driver is not available for your PC Cam. The release date for this PC Cam was in 2003. I recommend you pruchase a new model. Check Amazon.com, there you'll find many new & used PC Cams reasonably priced.
