How to fix my shaver?

try going to their web site to see if they have a parts picture, if they do the diagram will probably resemble what the shaver looks like with the parts separated and numbered so you can buy just that part, it should give you an idea of what it looked like before. I know they have sewing machine pictures like that so I am hoping they have them for shaver too! good luck hope it helps.

My shaving head came apart and I can not re assemble it, kindly give me instructions

Wife cleaned bathroom shelf dropping the Arcitec. One of 3 heads was not aligned properly, when I tried to re-seat it, this head came apart. To put it back together takes some finesse and patience. Take a coil of stamps, or some other small opening to rest the outer plastic shell head, then insert the metal screen which has notches (2 small, 1 large) and fit it in the plastic shell head. Next put the metal blade assembly on the screen. Next align this on the metal (thin) pivot. When the outer plastic head, and the metal pivot are aligned (small peg holes), you can place the thin inner plastic piece on and gently press your sub assembly and the backing plastic together, It will snap together and hold. Don't FORCE it, the holes must be aligned on the outer plastic, the metal pivot frame, with blades resting on the screen. It does snap together. Work with fairly bright light to see what you are doing. If this fails, invest in a new head assembly for about 15% of the cost of the whole razor.

I have a Philips Norelco 7310XL razor and I have a problem. I recently moved, and in the process, something happened, and my razor isn't working. When I turn the razor on, the blades turn slightly and then...

It sounds like maybe one of the blades is damaged and it is jamming the whole thing. Try taking apart the head assembly and then insert each head one by one turning the shaver on in between each one. This should identify if one is damaged and causing the problem

If you require new heads, you will find them at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

I have a paper jam. Reversing doesn't bring it up enough to grab it. Cooled it off. Reading about shredder oil. Haven't found it nearby. Can any other machine oil be used?

Try graphite powder which you can purchase at a hobby shop or home builder supply - or try rubbing with pencil lead. However, I have also, carefully and observantly, taken the shredder head apart to release pressure on the teeth. After some of the stuck paper falls out, put it back together and try again. Be sure safety guide is in place so it work properly when you put it back together.

Doesn't hold a charge or cut very well anymore

Heads for your model are no longer available. Shaver will not hold a charge because batteries need replaced. Batteries can be replaced but soldering is required. If you have cleaned it well and it does not cut, I suggest getting a new shaver.

The batteries in my Panasonic ES8003 need replacing but not sure how to remove them, any help please

Love my ES8003 but the batteries last maybe 1 charge.

I called Panasonic after a fruitless search on the web for batteries and they had none.
They did refer me to Turnpike Appliances which has changed its name or been swallowed up by
smallappliances .com.

If you go to the smallappliances.com site you can search Panasonic men's shavers and find parts for the ES8003. Unfortunately, batteries aren't listed. You need to CALL (1-800-628-3911) smallappliances.com in order for them to special order (meaning you can't return them) the batteries.

Cost of the batteries with shipping is about $42(USD) to my location in California.

To access the batteries, look at the bottom of the razor, there are two very small phillips head screws that attach the base piece of the razor to the body case/internals. The base piece can only attach one way so look at it carefully before unscrewing to make sure you know which way to reattach it. A set of jeweler's screwdrivers is what you need. I actually had better luck removing the phillips head screws with a flat head screw driver...

After removing the screws the base piece should fall away. Lift the razor internals out by grabbing the body case with one hand and, with the other hand holding the foil, lift straight up and out removing the internals from the body case. Note which way the internals came out of the body case so you can put them back in correctly. Gently set the internals down flat on a towel, etc. There are some delicate electrical connections at the bottom you don't want to break. Notice that the two batteries have polarity poles of different lengths. Make sure you note which end is longer, which end is shorter and replace the batteries the same way.

After installing the new batteries, put the razor back together the opposite way you took it apart making sure the rubber seal/plastic trim piece that keeps water out (just below the foil) are seated correctly.

Charge batteries and shave away!
