Registering i bought my archos 605 40gb wifi from new but when i came to register the product key number came up as already registered so when i came to purchase a plug in for it someone else's name and address came up on the screen, what can i do i cant get any info anywhere theres nothing to say if you want to re-register or anything, can anyone help please?

thanks alot, i rang the number and got same answer cost me a fiver!!, e-mailed webmaster and got a reply saying i could now register, tried and yeah it was sorted.

I rang this number.0207 949 0115. I've the same problem and spoke to a guy who told me to send an email to [email protected]. Give them as many details about you and the machine as you can. I'm still waiting on an outcome but the guy assured me it would be dealt with.
