It turns on and has a good stream and spark but wont light?

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, check fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Go from there.
We can also check circuits for power windows.

If the lights won't even come on, the spark plugs are not the cause of that problem.

Make sure the battery cables at the opposite ends from the battery are connected tight and corrosion free.
Check that all the fuses are good.
For some reason the power isn't getting from the battery (if it is in fact charged up) to the electrical circuit (blown fuse, loose/disconnected wire, etc).

Run fault codes and look for crank sensor /throttle position sensor for starters.

is there a check engine light, possible mass air flow sensor

what is the make and model have you check the fuel pressure regulator

If the trucks turns over and does not seem like the battery is dead I would assume it is spark or fuel. Check spark plugs to make sure they spark. Pull one plug at a time hold it against side of engine and have someone turn the truck over for you. You should see bright spark from all spark plugs. If you do see spark then check your Fuel Pump to make sure it is getting power and is opperating correctly also check your fuel filter to make sure it is not plugged. Good luck, Hope this helps.

check to see if there is any spark from the spark plug. Take out a plug and hold it (in pliers) close to a metal part of the motor and get someone to turn it over. you should see a small spark. If not then check dizzy cap and rotor

either no fuel or no spark-when you turn the key to 'on' can you hear a buzz (only lasts about a second or two) from the rear of the van? If so, find the top metal rail on the engine that has a light green plastic cap on it, and (with a towel placed over it) remove the cap, turn on the key (to run, not start) and push in the center pin to see if a good, strong stream of gas comes out (use the towel to protect yourself from a gas bath). No stream, you will probably need to replace the fuel pump, which involves dropping the fuel tank. If it passes these tests, you need to check for spark.

Do this (with a helper) by removing a spark plug cable from a plug, insert a screwdriver tip into the boot and hold the handle/metal shaft close a metal surface of the engine (within 1/4 inch). You should see a electric arc jump the air gap to the metal when your helper turns the key to start. If no arc, you probably need to replace the pick-up coil which is located under the rotor inside the distributor, this is the most common reason for a no-start condition.

you mit have a current draw. that's wen something is draining your battery over night.take one cable of your battery.tutch it back vary gently is there a small spark.sumthing is on. is there a light under the hood? unplug it. do the spark test is there steal a small spark? make Shir every thing is of and car door shut repeat.take weir's of altor nator repeat test.then you got to do one fuse at a time.belts good alternator good.put a test light between battery post and cabal it will light up if some thing is on beter then looking for spark.you ar telling me your battery gos dead right?and it is new.did it tern over wen the new battery got put in?or do you mean it wont tern over like the starter wont spin.

first thing you got to do is determen weather its electrical or fuel problem, you can take a test light and hook to a ground and the light end to a spark plug and see if it lights while someone turns over engine, if it lights you got spark. if its got spark, on to fuel, take fuel pressure test, don't think because you can hear pump working does not mean it is, it can sound like it is but its not, at least putting out enought pressure, not the correct amount it will not run. pumps will go out just that way with no warning at all.
