My machine is showing the code FL machine has problems locking. How do I resolve this problem

My sharp washing machine ES-V80FZ-S is showing error code E01. What could be the issue and how do I resolve this?

FL is a door lock code. open the soap dispenser door, and find the thin flourescent green, or bright red color nylon cord located in the front left or right areas of the dispenser area, this will allow you to manually release the door lock. Empty the washer, close the door and perform another drain and spin cycle, if the door lock still fails, you may need to have the door lock assy replaced, especially if the door lock is making a click, or buzzing soung like it wants to operate, if it's completely quiet than you may need the board replaced...Pleazer Appliance...
