Describe your motorola RAZR keypad problem .my phone keypad stopped working the only thing that works is the end call button every other button does nothing.

keypad has certain flex connector.might getting stuck or the keypad membrane is dirty.

otherwise it needs a replacement

fone may need flashing or keypad changed

try taking out the battery and putting it back in

SURGICAL - you need to replaced the mobile flexcable in the phone also have the repair center flash the keypad flexfile back into the phone.

BRENNA - replaced the flexcable

VGETSON - you need to flash a file call keypad flex into the phone to correct the keypad freezing up on you.

How long have you had your phone?After a good amount of time the razor starts to act up and then all togther it will die.

ask for a skilled cellular technician to re-place your keypad fle..

when I open my phone it seems to be stuck on the right arrow button so it goes to "IM account". I was really confused this morning because even if I click exit, it goes back to the same thing on its own. when I get a chance to press menu, it just whirls around as if I'm pressing the arrow over to choose a category but I'm not.. its weird.. probably the weirdest phone I've ever had

It is a humidity issue. I had the same problem with my phone. I baked it in the oven on the lowest setting for 20-30 minutes and it works fine now :)

My phone developed the same trouble............ Removed battery and SIM and blew dry air into anyhole I could find, put it back together and has worked ever since.

This happened to mine after I got the Razor wet - I pulled the battery and the sim card, blew it out with a can of compressed air and it worked for about 8 months. Then it got hot out in my car and started doing the same thing - blowing it out hasnt worked again-
