Hi my quinny buzz seems to be collapsing when the baby is in the pram the "round bit" at the front is not catching therefore it is collapsing hope this makes sense many thanks jacalyn

try the bolts at the sides of the pram as they can come loose if it is the black joints on the side it is likely to be broken but you can get a replacement chassis on ebay for around £50 hope this helps x

I have the 3d pram system have they ever been recalled mine keeps closing even when my child is in it

Hi,

This pram has not been recalled as far as I am aware. If the pram is collapsing when in use, this sounds like the arms either side are not clicked into position properly when this has been opened. If you follow the frame from the handle toward the front wheel, at the bottom just above the wheel, there is a catch that the arms should click into when opened, if this has not been done properly, this may prompt the pram to try to collapse. Either that or there could be a problem with the catches. I would suggest that you have the chassis looked at to ensure that there is no fault with the chassis.

I hope this helps.

Spring must be missing in handle as pram will not collapse. Mechanism only retracts on one side. Pram is Vesta Urban Detour

My husband managed to fix problem. As far as I can understand he threaded a wire up the handle and attached it to the mechanism. Thank you for your response to my e-mail.

How do you collapse the buggy?

Hi,

At the footplate, either side there is a black plastic button. These buttons are pulled up and the pram will collapse. Keep the wheels on swivel mode so that they tuck neatly underneath and then move the handle bar to it's lowest height, then the pram will fit neatly into your boot.

I hope this helps.

Difficulty unfolding phil and ted stroller

Hi,

I find that the best way to do this is the following;
Make sure that nobody is standing behind the pram (expecially small people!)
Make sure that the seat unit is raised.
Stand to one side of the pram, bend down and with both small black plastic buttons, push inwards (so that they are going toward eachother)
The back of the pram should fall to the floor.
Where the childs back of the knees are, lift up the fabric a little and grab the black metal bar, then lift this up and the pram should collapse nicely. You should have a ******** the handle bar with a popper on to secure this shut.

I hope this helps.

How do i collapse the buzz modelof the quinney pram

check the manual at www.quinny.com and there are some good you tube videos as well but basically, stand by the front wheel, position the seat slightly reclined and forward facing. Press the buttons on each side of the seat and pull the hinge forward and down. Make sure it clips shut or it will spring open again.

How do i fold down the mutsy urban rider pushchair

Hi,

To fold the Mutsy Urban follow these steps:

Stand slightly to the left of the pram, but have the handle bar (with button depressed) in your right hand. Have your left hand on the black cuff (on the left hand leg of the chassis)
In one movement, push in the button on the handle (with your right hand) and move downwards, whilst pulling the cuff upwards (with your left hand). Do this quite firmly and the pram will then collapse. Make sure that the handle is in the lowest position after folding, ensuring that the pram is as small as possible.

I hope this helps.
