Alphasonik pma1000hca amp comes on but there is no sound output

I just got an alphasonik pma800da today, it came with the cord you are talking about. Looks like a phone cord, its to hook up 2 of these amps together. I also have the book to the amp

sounds like the amp is sending dc voltage to the sub. you probably have bad output transistors in the amp.

It's usually your ground. Make sure it's secured to something metal. If it's a painted metal, sand a spot down to the paint for the contact. It could also be a screwed up speaker or even interference between wires. Make sure they're separated and insulated.

either your rca inputs are bad or your mosfets are bad

Hey dude- if you dont figure out how to wire that thing up -i need one for my pma-2500a i got it from the pawn shop yo for 150 bucks !!!!!!! shwinggggg its a beast 1600 rms at 4 ohms bridged - what a steal but yea i need one so lets make a deal dude !!!

Audio amplifier IC´s damaged you need to replace them.

This is not a problem that a normal comsumer should try to repair themselves. It's time to take it to a pro. It sounds like you have blown out at least one of your output channels. If you are getting any red light at all then the good news is that the power supply section of the amp is probably still good. About half of all the electronics in your amp is for the power supply section. The other half is for the actual amplifiers of the amp. Good luck, I hope it's not too bad.
