I have a Pressure Washer VR2500 , 6.5 horsepower / 2500 PSI number on side 123K12-0134-E Residential - Excell. I do not know which is the oil drain plug for the Pump on the bottom. There is an Allens Wrench plug on the side. However when removed nothing comes out. There is also an Alans Wrench like plug towards the back, that does not want to come out. Which one is the correct plug and do you have a picture as I could not order an Owners Manual on-line? Please Advise!

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
First here is the owders manual:
http://www.excellpressurewasher.com/documents/pdf/D30494-E.pdf

There are 3 versions of the VR2500 Pressure Washer.

1 being the VR2500 Type 0 It has the comet pump that needs no oil
2 being the VR2500 Type 1 Also with the comet pump.
3 being the VR2500-C Again with the coment pump

The allen set screws that you removed hold the bearings in place.

The only pump maintence required is winterization with either a winterizer EX80 or RV anti-freeze

PUMP

The manufacturer recommends using

a pump protector/winterizer, such as

EX80, when storing the unit for more

than 30 days and/or when freezing

temperatures are expected. If a pump

protector/winterizer is not available,

*RV antifreeze needs to be run through

the pump as outlined in the steps
below.

EXCell does make units that have an AR pump that requires pump oil. The VR2500 pump does not.

Thanks for choosing FixYa.

Take a look at this link if you still have doubts about pump oil:

    http://support.dewalt.com/app/answers/de...

The link lists all pressure washer pumps.. Except Comet. The majority of Comet pumps are dry sump pumps. Only the largers 3200 PSI and above Comet pumps have wet sumps.

    Additionally see this note::

These pumps do not require the oil to be changed, the oil will last the lifetime of the pump. In the unlikely event of an oil leak, remove all oil and add the correct amount.

(let me add catastrophic pump failure and overhaul would be a reason to change the oil)

    Thanks again for choosing FixYa.

I have a Excell Quantum 2300 PSI 6 horsepower pressure washer exvrb2321 I am trying to find any kind of reviews on this piece of equipment I can't find much I'm wanting to know if it is good for concrete...

pretty much any gas powered pressure washer in good repair with a decent nozzle/wand can work on concrete. They have a lot more power than electric ones.

My 2700 psi Generac pressure washer will not start.

Just pull out plug w cable on and crank engine..shud see fire. If not then bad connect or magneto. I think u let engine set w ethanol gas n now carb is gummed. Always drain tank n float. U will need an outboard chemical at a boat shop to fix. Or carb needs overhaul

Could you please give some insight of the purpose of the two oil ports at the base of the engine as well as the one adjacent to the crank case.

I don't know if your power washer is like mine.
Oil ports at base of engine are for 10-W-30 motor oil and lubricate the engine, just like a car engine.
Oil comes up a bit more than half-way on dip stick.

Oil port on pump is for SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil.
Oil fills about half way up inside pump housing.

Do not turn engine over or on its side to drain oil or oil will drain into carburetor.
Use a siphon to drain oil and tip machine up about 60 degrees

Where is the oil drain cork located in the g3025 models

If your power washer is like mine, there is no drain plug for oil.
You have to siphon oil out with plastic hose.
Do not turn machine on it's side or upside down or oil will run into carburetor.
Engine takes 10W30 motor oil, level is bit more than half way on dip stick.
Pump takes SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil and fills pump about half way.

No pump pressure

Sounds like the diaphragm in the pump unit has failed, the engine and the pump are two seperate things the engine only operates the pump but if the diaphragm is leaking or broken you wont get any pressure
