Sunbeam electric blanket blinking light problem: One controls starts blinking right away and there is no heat on that side and there is decreasing heat on the other side. I tried the following: 1. I Unplugged the power cord from the electrical wall socket 2. Then I Unplugged the cord from the actual electric blanket itself. 3. Then I Re-plugged the cord into the electric blanket snuggly. 4. Then I Re-inserted power cord back into a wall outlet. No HELP

SOURCE: We have an sunbeam electric

Hi. If you have a double or queen size blanket, switch the controls from one side to the other. If the fault follows the control, then the control is faulty. If the fault stays on the same side of the bed, then the blanket may be faulty. Most recent Sunbeam models have 3 years warranty. Once you've checked the controls, if it's under warranty call Sunbeam Customer Service on 1800025059 option 1 to report a warranty issue.

Otherwise: if the control is at fault, a new BL0750 has a recommended retail of $75.20. Get in contact with your local Sunbeam Service Centre via http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Support/Repairers.aspx
but if all else fails email me as I'm happy to help!

SOURCE: need a schematic for Sunbeam

Hi, the schematics for the electric blanket are not readily available online maybe due to the company's policy just like some others that i know. You may try your luck by contacting Sunbeam on (800) 667-8623 to make a request for the schematics.

SOURCE: When connecting the dual controllers

Generally, when you're putting electrical things together, you assemble first, then plug in.

How do you get your mop to start working after plugging it in and waiting a few minute So?

Stevenson
It supposes to work right away once you press the on and off button. if it take long to start there must be a sensor that control the power. it could be something that clog the motor or the filter
that prevent the motor from starting. Make sure you plug the mop in a very good source of electricity.

I need a contoller model C98A1 for a duel control king size Dreamland (Imetec) underblanket. I cannot find a supplier online can you help.

Hi - if you still need a controller we have one we were going to throw away as the blanket was disposed of by accident. It has never been used and works fine as far as I'm aware. Thought you might still be interested, as winter is on the way again!

I received this electric blanket as a gift and it will not heat up on either side. There is no light on the controls when I turn the blanket on. I need my blanket to work - it's like brand new!

Appears to be that the power is not getting to the temperature controllers. Suspect a problem in the wiring between the wall outlet (if not the wall outlet) to the temperature controllers. Look for broken plug at end of cord or a break in the cord between the plug and the controller. Last, you may have to look at the connections inside the temperature controller the power cord goes to in order to see if there is something loose inside. But do this with the blanket unplugged.
