I want to make one

You want to make a website? The easiest way is to use a template from places like Wordpress or Wix, which allows you to open a "blog-like" URL (web address) and choose a template that is easy to edit (using Wix or Wordpress' CMS (content management system) that makes it easy for people without any html skills to edit content and post it on the web.)

The "real" way to make a website is to
1. buy a url/domain name from a place like bluehost.com or godaddy.com, you can do this through wordpress.com too
2. host it somewhere (like bluehost or godaddy )
3.1. upload a template and edit
OR
3.2. set up a html document (for the structure of the site) that references css. document (for the look and feel, colors, spacing etc). People also use javascript to make that website do more complicated functions than simply sitting there.

How to add google apps to your website / domain powered by GoDaddy.com

Whether you have created your website using the blogger interface on blogspot OR registered your domain through GoDaddy.com this step is a must for businesses who require an admin e-mail address and attach users to the new domain to unlock the full potential of the new Website.

The easiest way to do this is to use Google Webmaster Tools which you can access through your main account dashboard you will need a gmail (UK) OR googlemail (USA) account to do this

Google Account and Webmaster Links

Create new Google Account
https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount

Google Account Login
https://www.google.com/accounts/Login

Webmaster Panel
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home

When you are in the webmaster tools you can then enter the full website address that you have already purchased either through blogger.com OR godaddy.com into the box provided, note if you used the blogger route all the DNS settings will be done for you.

After you add the site you will need to verify ownership there are three ways to do this if you hold your website template on Dreamweaver and two ways if you have used wordpress OR blogger.

  1. Upload an HTML file ( you can't to this with blogger powered sites)
  2. Add a MetaTag to the template
  3. Add a DNS TXT record

I will show you how to do this with your blogger template that has been transferred to a custom domain purchased through blogger, note this will not give you FTP access if you require this then you must register you domain name separately @ either godaddy.com OR another Domian registration service like 123-reg.com

Copy and paste the required code shown above in the place indicated in the screendump below when you have saved if and viewed you can then click verify if all works OK with the save you will have added the google apps to your domain

You can also do this using a DNS TXT record which you need to add to your DNS control panel

I want to know the procedures and requiments for starting up

Starting a website requires a registered Domain name and a provider to host the site. Godaddy, 1and1, and many other entities exist online to perform both these services. Once this is setup, you're left with designing the site and uploading to your host.

How do I get an ftp addressas I need to upload a website to GoDAddy and I am being asked for an address from my ISP

GoDaddy has a built-in FTP uploader. Just Log In, then go to the Files section and choose the FTP uploader. That application will automatically log you in and all you will have to do is press a few buttons and do some settings.

I have the same problem too..

If you can;t update your antivirus software try an online scanner (I like Bitefender, com) if you are unable to access the website try to access windows update odds are you will be blocked from that site as well.
Which means you have Win32.Worm.Downadup.Gen.
this worm spreads through your entire network so if you are sharing an internet connection disinfect all the pc's.
Removal is quite simple just follw this link (it is provided by Bitdefender)
