The TRU9466 isn't an answering machine. The number of rings is controlled by whatever answering machine or voicemail system you have on your phone line. Please refer to the documentation for the answering machine or voicemail system to change the ring count.
If you need further assistance, please reply to this post and specify the answering machine or voicemail system.
if it goes to voicemail, means that you have to set the length of rings before voice mail. so you have to contact your service provider, and they can fix it on their end
access your voice mail from your phone and go through the option.....all service providers have different menu options so i cant walk you through the steps exactly, but the answer should be in personal settings or system settings.....many providers have the option of turning the automated system off....make sure its on and you will be good to go!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
Go to call settings and cancel all the call settings information.. note: you will see call barring , call forwarding, call waiting options just cancel all of them if it will not work, in the phone settings look for the answer call and change the settings there
Try typing the following into your phone, then hitting SEND - replace the words in brackets with the relevant numbers):
**61*(voicemail or diversion phone number)**(seconds delay before diverting)#
This works for "Divert on No Answer". To check the status of this diversion use *#61#
this is a problem with the VLR network from your mobile provider end they need to check your number and see if the Voicemail feature is activated on the network.
