Hi,
Your graphics card is sharing your system memory.
This means that you physically have 256 MB of Ram in you laptop, but the operating system can only use 192 MB of Ram because 64MB of Ram is dedicated to your on-board graphics.

If the motherboard has a built-in video card then it could be using Shared RAM. It grabs a chunk of the main RAM for the video RAM in this case 64Mb of RAM. To increase your RAM I suggest you install another 256Mb of RAM and this will give you 448Mb of systems RAM.
