Hi anytime I turn on my phone with the right simcard, it say insert sim .I have already change the sim flex

You need to have a simcard. If you already have one inserted, then remove the simcard from your mobile phone, then reinsert it back. It is usually found behind the battery. If you are still having the same error, then you might need to change your simcard.

Please follow this steps :

* check the simcard or try a new one for a test.
* check simcard socket if its clean or align.'

need to dismantle the phone

* unscrew (4) all screw using T5-T6 precision screw,remove the plate cover
* remove camera by lifting up the flex connector
* remove the earpiece (white socket)
* remove the flex connector below connected on the keypad board.lift up the keypad board
* try to clean the flex connector
* as well as the keypad board were the simcard socket is attached.this is may due to a corrosion.

if everything is clean,assemble the phone and test if the simcard will be recognized.

if cleaning and alignment doesn't work,it needs to replace flex connector or keypad boad.

check your sim card first ,clean it...next step is clean your simcard interface by eraser or lacquer thinner ...if still not works ,the sim card driver of your phone is need to replace..this simcard driver is small chips that makes the simcard working ,if it is damage the simcard interface did not recognized the simcard...if the first and second solution not works ,go to a cellphone repair shop to change your sim card driver...

This is happening because when the Sim card is not inserted you cannot access the menu of the phone some nokia phones(including yours) are built that way.

Some nokia phones do not need a sim card for you to access the phone menu (e.g 5130,5230), while you can only view the demo of some nokia phones (e.g 1208, 1600) without a sim card

sometimes it is as simple as cleaning the sim card and sim points on the phone with a pencil eraser. sometimes it is related to a simcard IC (usually placed close to the sim tray in the phone) so if u do not succeed cleaning the sim and sim points of the phone u need to change the simcard IC

make sure you insert the sim correctly

yeah you probably need a new chip due to the 3g network it might work on the other phones because they are older

Steps Turn your device off. Remove SIM card And MMC card. (actually not need to remove, but after format remember to format memory card and reboot phone) Press (3 + * + CallButton) Together. Turn your device on while you are pressing the three buttons. You should now see "Formatting .." word on the Screen! Leave the buttons now

THIS PHONE DOESN'T USE A SIM CARD.....DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!
