This solution is not correct for my Montres Carlo/Blue/ Rubber/watch. I'm not sure what the Time Mode looks like. When I press the Mode button the first thing that comes up is "ALM".

then "1:09" , then "STP", then "0'00''00" then "LON", then "10:20T2". None of the sequence of events listed works. Maybe these numbers on the watch box will help to identify the watch:

    SKU #29040-004

    Lot # PW-21519

    • Press st/stop to advance the hour

    • Press mode and the day and date will appear. The day will blink.

    • Press st/stop to advance the day.

    • Press mode and the month will begin to blink.

    • Press st/stop to month the minutes.

    • Press
lap/rst to return to normal state with you new settings. You can hit

My son seems to have set his Casio Wave Ceptor wv 58u to the incorrect time ..god knows how !!..any Idea How we correct it !

You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

P.S. – I would greatly appreciate a FixYa! rating if the solution I provided fixed or helped you resolve your problem. thanks
